Tumor cells show patchy positive reactivity for EMA (20D) and collagen IV, but are negative for S100, CD34 and progesterone receptor (not shown). Ki67 immunostain showed variable proliferation index up to 7.3%. The overall findings do not reach the level needed for diagnosis of atypical meningioma and are most consistent with meningioma with increased proliferation index, WHO grade I.
