Case 28 History ---- The patient was a 60-year-old woman with a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, sickle cell trait and a complex neurodegenerative process which finally was diagnosed at autopsy as intravascular NK/T-cell lymphoma with associated multifocal microinfarcts. ---- 28A1,2 At autopsy a clinically insignificant meningioma was demonstrated which left a small parasagittal depression in the cerebral cortex
