Case 33 History ---- The patient was a 53 year old man who presented with a recent new generalized tonic-clonic seizure. MRI showed a 6.6 cm homogenously enhancing right frontal dural-based enhancing lesion with mild associated mass effect. Operative procedure: Craniotomy with tumor excision. ---- 33A1,2 The neurosurgical specimen has a bosselated surface with the histologic features of an atypical meningioma (mitoses >5/HPF).
