Case 41 History ---- The patient was a 48-year-old woman with a history of headaches. Magnetic resonance imaging shows an 18 mm mass along the left frontal convexity, with signal and enhancement characteristics compatible with meningioma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for resection of left frontal tumor. ---- A small discrete meningioma is bound to the dura.
