Case 48 History ---- This 65 year old woman had chronic memory problems and later developed Parkinson disease, both of which were confirmed at autopsy. ---- There is a nodular mass attached to the anterior portion of the falx cerebri on both sides and calcified in the center. Coronal section of the cerebral hemispheres revealed a well demarcated cortical ribbon which is not significantly narrowed even under the depression caused by the dural mass. Sections of the falx tumor disclosed an almost totally calcified lesion with psammoma bodies as the hallmark
