Case 49 History ---- This patient had severe atherosclerotic heart disease as manifested by documented history of angina and myocardial infarction. Her final admission was one for low cardiac output symptomatology and she expired eight days after admission. ---- 49A She had cutaneous stigmata suggesting neurofibromatosis and a meningioma on her 8th nerve (arrow).
