Case 50 History ---- This 62 year old female patient with severe coronary vascular disease and resultant mitral valve dysfunction had a mitral valve replacement and LAD coronary bypass eight days prior to her death from myocardial infarction. ---- 50A At autopsy her 1270g brain was grossly normal save for this parasagittal meningioma.
