Case 53 History ---- The patient was a 62 year old woman with progressive headaches and slight difficulties with concentration and confusion. She had a large homogeneously enhancing mass in the right lateral ventricle. Clinical differential diagnosis included meningioma. ---- 53A1,2 T1 weighted MRI with contrast demonstrates a hyperintense intraventricular mass.
