Case 54 History ---- Patient was a 75 year old man with advanced ALS for 9 years. His pulmonary symptoms have been progressive with confirmed a restrictive pulmonary involvement pattern. Eventually the patient had pulmonary failure that was related to the neuromuscular disease and was progressive despite the medical interventions. ---- 54A This is a small incidental meningioma.
