Case 71 History ---- The patient is a 27 year old man with a right parietal, uniformly enhancing, 5.4 X 3.9 X 4.8 cm mass that has a dural tail and involves the adjacent calvarium. Vasogenic edema has developed in the right frontal, parietal and temporal lobes. Clinical diagnosis: Meningioma. Operative procedure: Stealth-guided craniotomy for right parietal tumor resection. ---- 71A1,2 The gross appearance belies its anaplastic diagnosis.
