Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 64 year old woman with a convexity tumor. Clinical diagnosis: Meningioma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy and resection. ---- 2A1,2 This is a cellular neoplasm consisting of cells with round to oval, vesicular nuclei, occasional intranuclear pseudo-inclusions/clearing and moderately abundant clear spaces arranged in a loose, cystic to myxoid background with abundant thin walled vessels. There is some nuclear pleomorphism. Mitoses are rare.
