Case 1 History Part 1 (2000 Resection) ---- The patient was a 34 year old woman with a right frontal/temporal lobe dural-based lesion. MRI in 12/2000 showed only a 6 cm x 5 cm x 3.5 cm homogeneously enhancing extra-axial lesion in the right perisylvian region. Clinical diagnosis: Right sphenoid wing meningioma. Operative procedure: Right craniotomy and excision of tumor.
