Vimentin immunoreactivity is prominent (VIM IHC) ---- The co- expression of vimentin and EMA in support the diagnosis of meningioma. ---- The MIB-1 labeling index is low in the 1994 specimen (not available) and moderate to high in the 1997 specimen. GFAP immunostaining is negative within tumor cells. This specimen was called WHO 2-3.
