Case 10 History ---- The patient is a 52 year old man with an intradural mass. Operative procedure: Resection of intradural tumor. 10A1-3 The tumor is predominantly composed of meningothelial cells with oval to spindle hyperchromatic nuclei and eosinophilic cytoplasm, arranged in whorls and small nests. Psammoma bodies are abundant.
