2B2-5 Increasing magnification images show a neoplasm composed of oval to spindle cells with vesicular nuclei, indistinct nucleoli and eosinophilic cytoplasm. Psammoma bodies are abundant. No significant mitotic activity is seen. There is no increase in cellularity, sheeting, small cell formation, macronucleoli or necrosis seen.
