3B2-4 Routine hematoxylin and eosin stained sections show a meningothelial neoplasm with abundant psammoma bodies and dense collagenous bundles seen throughout. There is no sheeting architecture, small cell change, hypercellularity, spontaneous necrosis, or macronucleoli. There is no significant mitotic activity.
