Case 5 History ---- The patient was a 56-year-old woman with an anterior fossa meningioma. Operative procedure: Right frontal temporal craniotomy for tumor resection, possible orbito-zygomatic osteotomy, and removal of orbital roof and lateral orbital wall reconstruction. ---- 5A1 The tumor is hyperdense on this CT examination.
