Case 14 History ---- The patient was a 59 year old woman with a large right parietal mass which involved the superior sagittal sinus. Clinical diagnosis: Meningioma. Operative procedure: Right craniotomy for resection of tumor. ---- 14A The neurosurgical specimen with occlusion of the superior sagittal sinus. Sections of the sagittal sinus show extension of meningioma into the sinus and adjacent vasculature.
