16F Rhabdoid Meningioma (Case 16) Ki67 20X
The MIB-1 labeling index is 2-3% overall with focal areas at the periphery of the lesion that approach 6-7%. ---- Based upon the predominance (~90%) of non-rhabdoid tumor, we have classified this as a grade 2 atypical meningioma with rhabdoid features; however, the rhabdoid features present suggest that this lesion may behave more aggressively than an atypical meningioma without this feature.
