24C Rhabdoid meningioma (Case 24) Ki67 20X
The tumor has a moderately elevated proliferation rate with Ki-67 labeling index reaching ~11.8% in some areas. The presence of atypical features (focal sheeting, hypercellularity, small cell areas and prominent nucleoli), focal brain invasion, an elevated proliferation index and focal rhabdoid differentiation are consistent with a diagnosis of atypical meningioma with brain invasion and focal rhabdoid differentiation, WHO grade 2.
