Case 27 History ---- The patient was a 39 year old man with history of meningioma. Tumor adjacent and adherent to sagittal sinus. Recurrent surgery for residual bilateral frontal dural lesion. ---- 27A1-2 In this area of papillary growth, rhabdoid cells make up some of the papillae (arrowheads, 27A2).
