Foci of sheeting architecture, hypercellularity, and macronucleoli qualify the tumor as atypical meningioma. Some of the tumor cells have foamy to vacuolated cytoplasm with small round normochromatic nuclei (xanthomatous change). ---- The overall morphological features are interpreted as atypical meningioma with focal rhabdoid features (WHO grade 2).
