2A2-5 Tumor cell density is moderate to high. Perivascular pseudorosettes and pseudopapillary formations are common. Mitoses are identified and number 4/10HPF in this specimen. Tumor cells contain abundant well delineated eosinophilic cytoplasm. The tumor cells involved in the perivascular pseudorosettes have a broad based attachment to their respective blood vessels and accordingly take on a cuboidal to columnar morphology. (H&E)
