7A4,5 Mitotic figures are numerous (>20/10HPF). (H&E) ---- Immunostained sections (not shown) reportedly demonstrated no reactivity for progesterone receptor, and reactivity for Ki67 in an estimated 25-50% of tumor cell nuclei. These histomorphological and immunohistochemical findings support the diagnosis of anaplastic rhabdoid meningioma, WHO grade 3.
