This neoplasm is composed of large aggregates and fascicles of fibrous and meningothelial cells. Many of the meningothelial cells have eosinophilic, abundant cytoplasm and eccentric nuclei, a rhabdoid morphology. Mitotic figures, up to 2/10HPF, are present. (H&E)
