Case 11 History ---- The patient was a 52-year-old woman who presented in March of 2013 with headache and facial pain. Head CT showed a dural-based homogenously enhancing mass in the medial aspect of the left temporal lobe. Operative procedure: Left frontal-temporal craniotomy, stealth frameless stereotaxy, microsurgical dissection and resection of tumor. ---- 11A1 An intraoperative smear demonstrates meningothelial cells and scatted pseudopsammoma bodies.
