Case 12 History ---- The patient was a 77 year old patient with hypertension, prostatic carcinoma and incontinence. CT scan shows an enhancing left frontal mass and left frontal pole edema. Operative procedure: Craniotomy and biopsy of left frontal pole mass. ---- Prominent pseudopsammoma bodies are often granular in this case. (H&E)
