Case 13 History ---- The patient was an 81 year old man with left temporo-parietal dural-based mass. Operative procedure: Left temporal craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 13A1,2 Specimens show a meningothelial neoplasm with prominent secretory features. Focal areas also show microcystic and angiomatous changes. However, mitoses are rare and necrosis is not seen. (H&E)
