Tumor cells have strong widespread nuclear positivity for progesterone receptor. (PR IHC) ---- Ancillary studies (not shown): Polyclonal carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) labels tumor and pseudopsammoma bodies. The proliferation marker Ki67 stains a low subset of tumor cell nuclei at variable density, ranging focally up to 2.3%. ---- Comment: The overall characteristics are those of a secretory meningioma, WHO Grade 1.
