Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 34 year old woman with a long history of migraine headaches, who was referred for further work up. Brain MRI showed a right convexity frontal meningioma, a left frontal cavernous malformation, and possible Chiari malformation. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for right convexity tumor resection. ---- 2A A right convexity frontal meningioma is shown in this T1-weighted contrast enhanced scan.
