2B1,2 Sections from the right frontal convexity tumor shows a meningioma arranged predominantly in sheets. Scattered throughout the tumor are multiple round, gland-like spaces filled with brightly eosinophilic pseudo-psammoma bodies or pink, amorphous to granular secretions. The meningioma cells are bland with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm, round to oval nuclei and finely granular chromatin. Intranuclear pseudoinclusions are frequent. Mitoses are rare. No necrosis, small cell change or macronucleoli are identified.
