Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 49-year-old woman with right petroclival meningioma which abuts the right pons with slight associated mass effect. This mass was radiologically considered to be most consistent with a meningioma given the dural tail and lack of diffusion restriction. ---- 3A A right petroclival meningioma abuts the right pons with slight associated mass effect is shown in this T1-weighted contrast administered scan.
