3B2,3 The tumor cells have moderate amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm and round to oval nuclei that show pseudoinclusions. In many areas, the tumor shows prominent intracytoplasmic eosinophilic secretions (pseudopsammoma bodies). There are rare scattered microcalcifications. There are no atypical features identified. Mitotic figures are sparse.
