6B1 Meningioma, secretory (Case 6) H&E 3
6B1,2 There is mild nuclear pleomorphism, with the majority of tumor cells containing round to oval nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. Many of the nuclei have clear holes and nuclear pseudoinclusions. Scattered pseudopsammoma bodies and hyalinized vessels are present. Atypical features are not noted. Rare mitotic figures are identified. Focal areas show epithelial differentiation with intracellular lumina containing PAS-positive pseudopsammoma bodies. (H&E)
