7B2,3 This is a meningothelial neoplasm arranged in a fascicular pattern with focal areas of whorls and prominent secretory features. The latter areas contain gland-like spaces with intraluminal eosinophilic to basophilic mucinous secretions. The tumor cells, otherwise, are polygonal to focally spindled with eosinophilic cytoplasm and vesicular nuclei containing prominent holes. Mitoses are scattered but in some areas, they reach up to 5/10HPF.
