Gland-like spaces containing intraluminal eosinophilic to basophilic mucinous secretions. The tumor cells, otherwise, are polygonal to focally spindled with eosinophilic cytoplasm and vesicular nuclei containing prominent holes. Mitoses are scattered but in some areas, they reach up to 5/10HPF.
