CEA immunostaining shows a different pattern with immunolabeling of pseudopsammoma bodies themselves and surrounding epithelium. (CEA IHC) ---- Progesterone receptor was diffusely positive within the tumor cells (not shown). The histological and immunohistochemical pattern is consistent with meningioma, secretory type, WHO grade 1.
