12C1,2 Sections show a lobulated hypercellular neoplasm composed of epithelioid cells with round, uniform nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm arranged as cords in a mucinous background. Some of the cells have a bubbly, eosinophilic cytoplasm consistent with physaliphorous cells. Mitoses are hard to find.
