13D Chondroid chordoma (Case 13) Ki67
Ki-67 highlights a proliferation index of approximately 10% within the tumor . ---- Comment: Given the presence of pseudo-hyaline cartilaginous matrix, the overall findings are most consistent with a chondroid chordoma. Chondroid chordoma is a histologic variant of chordoma and has a predilection for the sphenooccipital region of the skull base. There is no significant difference in clinical characteristics and prognosis when compared with conventional chordoma.
