Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections of sacrum show a heterogeneous neoplasm with lobulated architecture composed of cartilaginous-appearing areas as well as epithelioid cells with abundant clear to eosinophilic cytoplasm, consistent with a chondroid chordoma. (H&E)
