Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 35-year-old man with several month history of headaches and a clivus mass on MR. Biopsy of the mass performed at an outside hospital showed chordoma. Operative procedure: Endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection. ---- 1A1-4 Chordomas are hypo- or iso-intense on T1-weighted MRI (arrow, 1A1, & 1A2), enhance in T1-weighted contrast (1A3,4) and are hyperintense on T2-weighted MRI (1A5).
