4B1,2 Histologic evaluation of the sacral lesion shows a large lobulated tumor composed of epithelioid cells with bland nuclei and abundant cytoplasm. Some have bubble-like vacuolated cytoplasm and arrange in cords or rows against mucoid stroma. The tumor cells invade into bone in multiple foci. (H&E)
