Much of the tumor tissue features sheets, cords, small clusters, and lobules of variably-sized epithelioid cells, with generous amounts of coarsely-vacuolated pale eosinophilic cytoplasm, thin, well-demarcated cell borders. There is no evidence of anaplasia or high-grade sarcomatoid features.
