Case 8 History ---- The patient was a 68-year-old woman with prior resection of spinal column tumor, now with recurrence. Operative procedure: Resection. ---- 8A1,2 Sections consist of an epithelioid tumor with a rich myxoid matrix and arranged in expanded lobules. The tumor dissects through the fibroconnective tissue as well as into the bone. The tumor cells are round with moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm and a normochromatic, rather bland appearing nucleus. Mitoses are uncommon.
