Case 9 History ---- The patient was an 18 year old woman with a complex medical history including developmental delay, seizures, morbid obesity, and additional medical concerns, who presented with headaches. 9A MRI of the brain and brainstem shows a contrast enhancing mass replacing and eroding the posterior aspect of the clivus with epidural extension. Operative procedure: Endoscopic transsphenoidal resection of tumor.
