Tumor cells are strongly immunoreactive for S-100. (S100 IHC) ---- Comment: The findings are those of a chordoma. Additional entities in our initial differential included: chondrosarcoma, chordoid meningioma, and chordoid glioma. However, both the morphology and the immunoprofile are those of a chordoma.
