Case 12 History ---- The patient is a 68 year old woman with right hemiparesis and a C2-C3 extramedullary lesion suspicious for nerve sheath tumor. There is no history of neurofibromatosis. Operative procedure: Resection. ---- 12A1 A right vertebral artery injection angiogram shows the marked vascularity of the tumor and identifies its vascular origin.
