12B1,2 Sections show a vascular tumor with numerous capillary sized blood vessels. The interspersed cells appear spindled to round with pale eosinophilic to foamy cytoplasm. There is scattered degenerative atypia within some of the nuclei. Mitoses, however, are difficult to find.
