Case 14 History ---- The patient is a 66 year old woman with a history of a cerebellar hemorrhage two years prior who subsequently developed difficulties with gait instability and falls. MRI showed a large solid and cystic enhancing mass in left cerebellar hemisphere. Operative procedure: IMRI left suboccipital craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 14A1 Angiogram following left posterior inferior cerebellar artery contrast injection demonstrating variegated appearance of tumor reflecting cystic substructure.
