H&E stained whole mount shows a partially cystic vascular tumor. ---- Misplaced sections showed (at the time it was initially worked up) a well circumscribed tumor composed of epithelioid to elongate stromal cells and a rich network of capillary-sized vessels. The tumor cells have abundant cytoplasm and the nuclei are primarily ovoid and show minimal pleomorphism with scattered pseudo-inclusions. Mitoses are rare.
